RETURN POLICY
30 Day Money-Back Guarantee:
Your satisfaction is important to us. You may return any item purchased from Crop and Stick for any reason within 30 days of purchase. The product must be returned within 30 days of original order for a full credit. Product must be in its original box and have the packing slip included for proper credit. Please also note if you would like an exchange or refund. You are responsible for return shipping and insurance on returns, except when defective or mis-shipped products are sent. We recommend you insure the package and keep the shipping receipt on hand, until credit is issued. No shipping charges will be refunded.
Deffective or Incorrect Product
If a product is defective or if the product is not as advertised by the manufacturer (ie: number of items in package), it might be advantageous to contact the manufacturer directly. While Crop and Stick, LLC is happy to do this for you, often the manufacturer will throw in something extra for you, to compensate for their error.
Refunds are issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase within thirty days of refund approval. Purchases made with another payment method are refunded via check.
